PRO2U – REFUND POLICY

Terms of REFUND POLICY FOR GROUP EVENTS

All ticket sales are final. As our events are small and limited in capacity, we are unable to offer refunds once a booking is confirmed.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person — simply let us know at least 48 hours before the event at enquiries@pro2u.com.au

We understand that exceptional circumstances do arise. In the case of a personal or family emergency, please reach out to us directly and we will review your situation on a case by case basis. Any refund in these circumstances is at the discretion of Pro2U.

In the unlikely event that Pro2U cancels or postpones an event, all ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.
